Intrapreneurial skills are skills necessary to become a successful intrapreneur (or an entrepreneur within the company). Intrapreneurs are usually people who think and act like an entrepreneur, and contribute to the development and success of an organisation by taking the initiative, creating new products, processes, services and policies for the organisation they work for, in line with the mission and values of the organisation.
The aim of the SEAL project is to help employees working for SMEs, to become successful intrapreneurs. Thanks to a thorough research in the project partner countries, interviews with key staff of successful organisations, and the collection of case studies and best practices, the consortium has identified the skills that are most valued by employers and that are key to becoming successful entrepreneurs and allow for the establishment, nourishment and development of an intrapreneurial culture within organizations, for the benefit of both organizations & employees, and society in general.
While analysing the research findings for the development of the curriculum, we thought it appropriate to establish two separate courses, one more fitting for employees, and one more suitable for middle and lower managers.
The courses are organised as follows:
1) Course for employees
- Business Management
- Financial Management
- Capacity Building & Innovation
- Creative Thinking
- Personal Development
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Time & Stress Management

- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
2) Course for middle and lower managers

Each unit has been prepared so that learners can build their foundations on the specific topic, and practice with concrete examples which are taken from real-life situations and simulate behaviors that can take place in the workplace.
The course is free and accessible for all and will be shortly available for public fruition.
